THE Kingdom by the Lunok must now be in the era of prosperity after three straight terms of Datu Pandit as he himself so boasts. It is incredible that while the Kingdom by the River is being torched to the ground, the Kingdom by the Lunok on the other hand is similarly toppling from the rampage of a similar triumvirate.

The Kingdom by the River has the Trio Los Bobos comprising Kuyabog, Sirum-sirum and Tibakla.

The Kingdom by the Lunok has a similar rapacious team, the New Trio Los Bobos comprising Datu Pandit, Kitkit and Tokmol.

With his brand of governance, Datu Pandit led the Kingdom for three straight terms wandering in the wilderness of incompetence and corruption. His third and final term is already ending yet he has nothing to show but endless tales of shenanigans. His assistants, Kitkit and Tokmol helped him turn the kingdom into Chinatown.

It is now a common scene that the New Trio Los Bobos are clamping down and hard on public utility vehicles, particularly, those coming from outside the kingdom. But they miserably failed to put order in the streets because the New Trio Los Bobos declared all public streets and alleys of the kingdom permanent garages of the rich and famous in chinatown.

Traffic enforcers don’t hesitate to make jeepney drivers P300 to P500 poorer when stopping for a few seconds outside the loading/unloading zones but avoid doing the same on citizens of Chinatown who commit worse offense like turning both sides of public roads into their private garages.

The New Trio Los Bobos played blind and recently surprised us by endorsing to the legislature the contractor’s “final demand” to pay 26-million.

The citizens of the kingdom are already bleeding 17,000 daily payment for the interest alone of the hao-shing scandal. Now, the New Trio Los Bobos want to fry us in our own lard by indorsing to the legislature the payment-demand from the contractor.

Not contented, the New Trio Los Bobos attempted to play another dirty trick on their citizens by indorsing to the legislature another disadvantageous proposal of paying Megan its new offered bid of 3,500 per square meter.

Datu Pandit, Kitkit and Tokmol cannot claim innocence here, the confusing personality of the New Trio Los Bobos with Megan, shows that.Megan taps the law firm of Datu Pandit. In other words, should push comes to shove, the citizens of the kingdom will be paying a shady transaction with a private business whose legal counsel is no less than Atty. Padung. The New Trio Los Bobos has yet to explain why it transferred creditor and depository from PeInBee to Better’s Bank. Transfering the loan from the former to the latter entailed more than 20 million in cost, penalty and kickback, yet they still did it! The New Trio Los Bobos did so, not for love of the city, but for love of money.

A bigwig of Better’s Bank is actually the husband of the first cousin of the wife of Datu Pandit. Mrs. Pandit is the reason why Ason the power thief is still free.

Ason, an employee of the kingdom, has been caught illegally tapping power from the city street lamp. After doing gestures of investigation the New Trio Los Bobos buried the incident, for good reasons because Ason happens to be the collector of Mrs. Pandit in the lucrative 5-6 business at the two Agoras.
